Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Evo Earbuds is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at Support@evoearbuds.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at Support@evoearbuds.com.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your property and delivery area

  • Ask household members or neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
